🎄THE BEST CHRISTMAS BAZAAR IN THE CITY IS BACK!🎄
🎀 The Christmas Charity Bazaar of the International Women's Organization of Greece, which is aimed at the whole family, young and old alike, will take place this year on 📅 Sunday, November 30, at “Litsa Fokidi” Hall of the New City Hall of Panorama, from 🕰️10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
🌭☕🍩🍬🍪🍺🎎🛍️ Our visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy homemade delicacies prepared with great care by our volunteers, and do their holiday shopping by choosing wonderful, original gifts from a wide variety of handmade items, from jewellery and ceramics to herbs and cosmetics, decorative items, household items, accessories, and second-hand books!
💃🏼🪇🎶 At the same time, they will be entertained by our rich artistic program: the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis, the Children's Choir of the "Adamantios" School, the Viva Dance Club & Fitness Studio team, the musicians of "Kroustophono", and a Playfulness Session with Vittoria Tosoni, as well as while trying their luck in the 🤶🏼🎟️ Lottery with lots of beautiful gifts. 🎁
👧🏼🎅🏼🧒🏼 Surprises await our younger visitors too: they will have their photo taken with Santa Claus (12:00 noon - 2:30 p.m.), enjoy creative activities organized by the Greek Guiding Association (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.), while Mimi Manousou (10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) and Christina Douri's team (2:00 - 5:00 p.m.) from Anatolia will play and make various artistic crafts together. Joining us again this year will be the children's favorite painter Natalia Maniaka with her wonderful face painting that boys and girls love.
All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting our organization’s social work.

🎀 Το Χριστουγεννιάτικο Φιλανθρωπικό Παζάρι του Διεθνούς Συλλόγου Γυναικών Ελλάδας (International Women’s Organization of Greece) που απευθύνεται σε όλη την οικογένεια, σε μικρούς και μεγάλους, θα γίνει φέτος την 📅 Κυριακή 30 Νοεμβρίου στην Αίθουσα «Λίτσα Φωκίδη» του Νέου Δημαρχείου Πανοράματος, από τις 🕰️10:30 το πρωί ως τις 5:00 το απόγευμα.
🌭☕🍩🍬🍪🍺🎎🛍️ Οι επισκέπτες μας θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν τις σπιτικές λιχουδιές που θα ετοιμάσουν, με περισσή φροντίδα, οι εθελόντριες – μέλη μας, να κάνουν τα ψώνια τους για τις γιορτές διαλέγοντας υπέροχα, πρωτότυπα δώρα από μια μεγάλη ποικιλία χειροποίητων εκθεμάτων, από κοσμήματα και κεραμικά μέχρι βότανα και καλλυντικά, διακοσμητικά, είδη σπιτιού, αξεσουάρ αλλά και βιβλία από δεύτερο χέρι!
💃🏼🪇🎶 Παράλληλα, θα διασκεδάσουν με το πλούσιο καλλιτεχνικό μας πρόγραμμα: τη Φιλαρμονική του Δήμου Πυλαίας – Χορτιάτη, την Παιδική Χορωδία της "Αδαμαντίου" Σχολής, την ομάδα του Viva Dance Club & Fitness Studio, τους μικρούς μουσικούς του "Κρουστόφωνο", καθώς και να συμμετέχουν σε μία Συνεδρία Παιχνιδιού με τη Vittoria Tosoni, ενώ θα δοκιμάσουν την τύχη τους στην κλήρωση της 🤶🏼🎟️ Λαχειοφόρου Αγοράς με τα πολλά, όμορφα δώρα. 🎁
👧🏼🎅🏼🧒🏼 Εκπλήξεις όμως περιμένουν και τους μικρούς μας επισκέπτες: θα φωτογραφηθούν με τον Άγιο Βασίλη (12:00 - 2:30μμ), θα απασχοληθούν δημιουργικά από το Σώμα Ελληνικού Οδηγισμού (11:00πμ - 2:00μμ) ενώ η Μιμή Μανούσου (10:30πμ - 1:30μμ) καθώς και η ομάδα της Χριστίνας Δούρη (2:00 - 5:00μμ) από το Ανατόλια, θα παίξουν και θα κατασκευάσουν μαζί διάφορα καλλιτεχνικά χειροτεχνήματα. Μαζί μας, ακόμη, θα είναι και πάλι φέτος η αγαπημένη των παιδιών ζωγράφος Ναταλία Μανιάκα με το υπέροχο face painting που ξετρελαίνει αγόρια και κορίτσια.
Όλα τα έσοδα της διοργάνωσης θα διατεθούν στην στήριξη του κοινωνικού έργου του Συλλόγου μας.
🎫 Γενική Είσοδος: 1€. Για παιδιά κάτω των 5 ετών η είσοδος είναι ελεύθερη 🥳

We are entering the month of November with lots to do and many new changes.
Please note that our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, 12 November at the Asylo Tou Paidiou. Most importantly, we have elections for a new IWOG Board. There is still time for anyone who is interested to either nominate themselves or someone else by contacting a member of the nominating committee.
Following the elections, I have a PowerPoint presentation to share with you all which tells the story of how I became a Ceramic Artist and some of the many different festivals and symposiums I have participated in this past year. It has been a fun year of travel and sharing new ideas.
I want to thank Shirley Milojevic for the wonderful invitation to see the facilities of Chrysantheio in Drama. It is a beautifully built facility and in addition to the private homes, the facility offers a very important role in caring for the elderly, who do not have the means to care for themselves. It was a very uplifting and nurturing visit.
Please help us make this year’s Christmas bazaar a great success by volunteering for the many positions available. If you can’t come on the day, but are looking for a way to help there is a big list of items which need to be donated.

Join IWOG on this morning visit to the new renovated arts space "PANORAMA Digital Theatre" on Wednesday November 19th. The new digital exhibition and performing arts space in Thessaloniki, at 15 Mikis Theodoraki Avenue (formerly Lagada). After the great success of the DALI CYBERNETICS exhibition, a new international production is in Thessaloniki.
A modern opportunity for children and adults to get to know the life and art of the legendary Mexican artist, through interactive installations, projections on 600 sq.m. screens and immersive Virtual Reality / Mixed Reality experiences. The exhibition has been presented in the USA, England, Australia, Singapore, Warsaw, Berlin and Spain.
Suitable for all ages.
VISIT DURATION: 65-75 minutes.
